Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Xeneura Technologies, Inc. ("Xeneura," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit xeneura.com or use the XenoRack demo environment ("the Demo") that xeneura.com links to.
Information we collect
When you sign in to the Demo with Google: we receive your email address, name, and a unique Google account identifier from Google, solely to verify you control a real email address and to create your time-limited Demo account. We do not receive or ask for your Google password, and we do not receive access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or anything else in your Google account — only your basic profile (name, email).
Information you type in: if you use the Demo signup flow, we ask for your company name, an approximate number of racks you manage, and an approximate budget range, so our sales team can understand who's interested in XenoRack.
Automatically collected information: like most websites, we log IP address, browser/device user-agent, and basic request timing for security and abuse-prevention purposes (for example, to detect and limit automated signup abuse). We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and site usage on xeneura.com — see "Third-party services" below.
Demo account activity: while you're using the Demo, we log login events and basic activity (what a normal application log records) for security and troubleshooting, not for marketing.
How we use this information
- To create and manage your time-limited (3-day) Demo account and let you sign back in with the same Google account while it's active.
- To route interested prospects (company, rack count, budget) to our sales team for follow-up.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the free Demo signup (rate-limiting, fraud/spam prevention).
- To understand aggregate website traffic and improve xeneura.com.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Demo account access itself is automatically disabled after 3 days (or sooner if we revoke it). We retain the underlying records — who signed up, when, and basic activity/security logs — for a reasonable period afterward for security, abuse-investigation, and business record-keeping purposes, consistent with this policy.
Third-party services we use
- Google (Sign-In and Analytics) — see Google's Privacy Policy. Signing in with Google is governed by Google's own terms in addition to ours.
- DigitalOcean — hosts the Demo application and its database.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us at sales@xeneura.com. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the EU/UK's GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA).
Children's privacy
xeneura.com and the Demo are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
