Your datacenter tells you when something broke. Ours tells you before it does.

Xeneura Technologies builds XenoRack and NeuralCore — an AI-driven datacenter intelligence platform that unifies asset tracking, power and cooling monitoring, and predictive maintenance into one system, instead of five tools that don't talk to each other.

The problem

Datacenter tooling grew by accretion. Your risk visibility didn't keep up.

Most operators are running separate, disconnected systems for asset inventory, environmental monitoring, ticketing, and cost reporting — and finding out about failures after they've already caused downtime.

Reactive, not predictive

Scheduled and break-fix maintenance catches problems after they start, not the days or weeks of warning that condition-based monitoring can give you.

Fragmented tooling

DCIM, CMMS, ITSM, and financial reporting live in separate systems with no shared source of truth — so nobody has a single view of risk, cost, or capacity.

Density is rising fast

AI/GPU workloads are pushing rack density and power draw up faster than most facilities' monitoring and staffing were built to handle.

The product

Two systems, one intelligence layer

XenoRack is where your team runs the floor. NeuralCore is the federation layer that makes every deployment smarter than the last, without ever seeing your raw data.

XENORACK

The operations console

The customer-facing app your team actually lives in — day to day operations, incidents, and safety, in one place.

  • Asset inventory and live rack elevations with device-level drill-down
  • Power, network, and cooling monitoring with hot-spot and anomaly detection
  • AI-assisted incident and root-cause triage across power, cooling, network, and security
  • Role-based access — org-level and site-scoped admins, contractor roles, financials walled off by default
  • Safety workflows: lockout/tagout gating and crew-trust tracking built into the ticket flow
NEURALCORE

The federation head

A central intelligence service every deployment reports into and learns from — without ever opening a connection into your network.

  • Pull-based sync — your site reaches out to NeuralCore; NeuralCore never reaches in
  • Federated, Byzantine-robust learning across sites, aggregating signal without pooling raw telemetry
  • Causal Atlas: root-cause "lessons" shared across your fleet without sharing customer data
  • Centralized software and intelligence updates pushed out to every node
How it connects

Built pull-based, on purpose

Every interaction is your site reaching out to NeuralCore — never the other way around.

01

Sensors & systems

BMS, EPMS, PDUs, and IoT sensors feed live telemetry into XenoRack on your site.

02

XenoRack triages locally

Anomaly detection and root-cause AI run against your own data first, on your own infrastructure.

03

Your site checks in

XenoRack periodically reaches out to NeuralCore to pull updates and push anonymized signal — never the reverse.

04

The fleet gets smarter

Causal Atlas synthesizes cross-site lessons and routes them back to every node, without exposing any one customer's data to another.

🔒

Nothing reaches into your network. NeuralCore never initiates a connection into a customer's environment — every checkin, pull, and push originates from your site. It's a design choice, not a feature we bolted on.

See it in action

Every signal, one screen

XenoRack pulls live telemetry from power, cooling, network, assets, safety, and security systems across your floor and turns it into a single operational view — updated as it happens.

Integrations

Built to sit inside the stack you already have

XenoRack doesn't ask you to rip out your existing tools — it plugs into the hardware and systems already running your floor, and is architected to keep expanding from there.

Power & PDU

Real SNMP driver support for major PDU vendors (APC, Raritan), with an Ansible-based remediation path proven end-to-end against live hardware.

Server & BMC

IPMI and Redfish support for server-level telemetry and out-of-band management — sensors, event logs, power state, and inventory.

Cooling & BMS/EPMS

Connects to the building management and power monitoring systems you already run rather than replacing them, pulling their data into one operational view.

ITSM, CMDB & ERPRoadmap

Architected from day one to unify DCIM, CMMS, and ITSM data under a single model, with financial/ERP-style cost reporting extending that as the platform matures.

License & capacity intelligence

Find out about a license lockout before your staff does

A monitoring platform silently maxed its license count and locked staff out — with zero warning, because the usage number existed but nothing was watching it. XenoRack is built to close that exact gap, and go further: surfacing the licensed seats and rack space you're already paying for that nothing is actually using.

ALERTING

Proactive headroom alerting

Every connected system with a license or seat count — Nlyte, Device42, and more — gets checked on an hourly cycle, not a glance whenever someone happens to open that card.

  • Dashboard alert the moment a connector crosses 80% of licensed capacity — visible, not buried in a card nobody's watching
  • A ticket opens automatically at 95%, routed straight into the queue your team already works, with the exact counts and a direct link to fix it
  • Alerts auto-resolve the moment headroom recovers — no stale noise piling up
  • Thresholds are yours to set per connector, not a fixed default
WASTE DETECTION

Dead-capacity waste detectionRoadmap

A used license seat isn't the same as a seat worth paying for. XenoRack cross-references every licensed device against its real power draw to find the ones that are dead weight — conservatively, so a cold-standby or DR node never gets flagged by mistake.

  • Sustained low-power detection, not a one-off reading — rules out reboots, patch windows, and legitimately bursty workloads
  • A specific, actionable list: hostname, rack and U-position, days idle — not just an aggregate percentage
  • A $/day figure per dead server, combining its license-seat cost and the rack space it occupies
  • Rolls straight into the per-site financial reporting you already track, next to your existing capacity numbers

Alerts resolve themselves the moment headroom recovers
The 20–30% figure reflects industry-typical benchmarks for stranded on-prem license and rack capacity, not a guarantee for any specific fleet — actual recoverable waste depends on your license contracts, fleet age, and workload patterns. Proactive headroom alerting ships first; dead-capacity waste detection is next on the roadmap.
Professional services

Support beyond the software

Every pilot comes with direct access to the team building the product — not a ticket queue.

Training

Hands-on onboarding for your operations team, so day one on XenoRack works like day one hundred.

Rollout project management

The founding team manages your deployment timeline directly — install, integration, and go-live — instead of handing you a manual and a login.

Feature request process

A direct channel from your floor to our roadmap. Pilot partners' requests get triaged and built into the product, not filed away.

Pilot program

A limited number of founding pilot slots, open now.

We're opening early access to a select group of operators ahead of general availability. Founding pilot partners get a free 90-day deployment, a direct line to the team building the product, and real influence over the roadmap — before the product is available to everyone else.

About Xeneura

An engineering-led company, built by the people who use it

Xeneura Technologies, Inc. is a North Carolina-based company building AI-driven infrastructure management software for datacenter operators facing rising density, tighter margins, and a widening skills gap in critical facilities work.

We built XenoRack and NeuralCore because the fragmented, reactive tooling we watched operators struggle with — separate DCIM, CMMS, and ITSM systems, no shared source of truth, maintenance that reacts to failures instead of predicting them — was solvable with the right architecture and a genuinely federated learning approach.

Our founding pilot program puts the product directly in the hands of the operators it's built for, so it's shaped by how real datacenters actually run.
